General research in the institute

Based on the vision of the institution and in line with the movement towards scientific authority, the trustees of the institution consider that the majority of the researches of this institution should be based on the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this institution. Based on this, Sheikh Baha’i Institute of Studies, while conducting demand-oriented researches that are mainly carried out by government employers or public institutions, is studying in-depth on four topics as following:

  • The idea of moderate Exaltation in architecture and urban planning of Iran, in the department of architecture
  • Industrialization of the building, in the architecture group
  • Glocalization in architecture and the city, in the architecture group
  • Environmental intelligence, a holistic approach to the relationship between humans and the environment, in the spatial planning group
  • Revivalism through reconstruction, in the group of reconstruction and regeneration
